There is no uniform level of maturity between any two of the estimated 7.8 billion human beings on earth today. We all stand on different levels.
Thus, there is an inner gap, spanning many years, and even earth-lives between every human being on earth and the other. Even if they are of the same parents. Hence the many differences existing on earth.
There is usually a gap which may be widening by the day due to our respective personal lifestyles, as determined by our individual inner life, our personal conviction, or inner maturity.
Before you gained a better recognition, you had inwardly allowed human beings of all manners of volition, inner maturity, conviction, and lifestyles around you.
To have free access to you so intimately, and even intrude into your privacy, your independence, into your individuality as an independent human being in accordance with the design of your Creator.
By that, you had freely given the hammer and chisel to human beings of all manners of inner maturity, volition, striving and lifestyle which might not be pure; which might not be leading upwards towards the Light.
To break through the rampart of your natural protection around you; to turn you into an easy prey; to render you vulnerable to attacks from sources that seek always to destroy.
By this, you had freely yielded influence over you to them. You had freely given all human beings with all manners of volition, conviction, inner lifestyle, physical striving and physical lifestyle power of control over you; to determine your lifestyle and striving inwardly and outwardly.
Conviction, inner and physical lifestyle, inner and physical striving that might not be leading upwards towards the Light, that were actually leading away from the Light.
That is the level on which many human beings were, and regretfully still are now.
And as a help, experiences, mainly sorrowful and heart rending, are usually brought our way if we truly seek, to shatter the hard casing we have built around ourselves, and hammer us open inwardly to the new help streaming in.
Experiences as hard blows that often shake us to the depth, that touch us so deeply within, as to smash and destroy our old lifestyle and striving that might not be pure enough.
As to baffle and daze us. throw us into an anguish, a trauma, a deep thinking, reflection, reexamination and recalibration of our inner being and conviction, our lifestyle and striving both inwardly and outwardly.
An anguish out of which we often emerge better human beings with a new earnest resolution, to henceforth live our lives differently from the past.
A new turning point which often leads unswervingly and assuredly to further help of the Lord.
