The All Progressives Congress, APC, in Ondo State has raised a 10 member committee to reconcile its members following the fallouts of its recent primaries.
The substitution of the names of some winners of the party’s National Assembly primaries by the party following the review of appeals against the exercise, had not gone down with some members in the state who sued the party., causing a major division.
In a statement on Saturday by Alex Kalejaye, its Secretary in the state, APC said,
“To reestablish cordial relations among its members, and fortify its structures, the Ondo State chapter of the All Progressives Congress (APC) has put in place a 10- man reconciliation committee.
“This becomes expedient to harness all members of the party ahead of forthcoming general elections. The party must unite to deliver maximally for all our candidates.

“The leadership of the party views the quality of members, and spread of members across senatorial districts as a source of strength.
“The committee, which would be Inaugurated at the State Secretariat, Akure, on Monday, 27th July, 2026, would explore internal mechanism of the party to resolve crisis generated by the recent primary elections, and make recommendations on how displeased party members, with genuine concerns, could be pacified.”
