The Nigeria Democratic Congress, NDC, in Ondo State, will hold its state congress on Monday, May 4, in Akure, the state capital.
A statement by the party’s spokesman, Owolola Adebola, said the event, scheduled for 12 noon, at Royal Birds Hotel and Towers, Alagbaka, Akure, would hold in line with directives from its national headquarters.
It said that altogether, 150 delegates from the state’s 18 Local Government Areas would attend the event.
Also, the party “extends its appreciation to members and stakeholders for their commitment and cooperation, which ensured the successful and peaceful conduct of the Ward and Local Government Congresses.”
