The Federal Polytechnic Ile Oluji, Fedpolel, would hold its maiden convocation ceremony between November 22 and 28.
Programme of the one-week event, according to a statement by the institution’s spokesman, Mr Sanmi Enigbokan, is as follows:
Day 1: Jumaat Service, November 22;
Day 2: Sunday Service, November 24;
Day 3: Press Briefing, November 25;
Day 4: Novelty Match and Excellence and Productivity Award Night, November 26;
Day 5: Convocation Lecture-“Building a globally competitive educational institution: The role of critical stakeholders,” by Dr Maa’sudu Adamu Kazuare,mni, Executive Secretary, NBTE;
Day 6: Convocation Ceremony – Commissioning of projects, award of National Diplomas (ND) and presentation of prizes.
