President Bola Tinubu has left Paris, France, for Nigeria after concluding his working vacation abroad.
Tinubu is expected to arrive at the Murtala Muhammed Airport in Lagos later on Tuesday before proceeding with a series of engagements in the state.
The President is scheduled to honour the memory of the late Chief Moshood Abiola, widely recognised as the winner of the June 12, 1993 presidential election, during his stay in Lagos.
As part of the activities, Tinubu will attend the premiere of a film celebrating Abiola’s life and role in Nigeria’s democratic struggle at the Wole Soyinka National Theatre in Iganmu on Independence Day.
The President is also expected to meet political leaders and associates in Lagos as part of preparations for the 2027 general elections.
Tinubu left Abuja on August 30 for his working vacation, spending about a week in London before travelling to Paris.
During his stay in France, the President attended a private dinner with French President Emmanuel Macron and held meetings with business leaders, including Vincent Bolloré of the Bolloré Group.
The President also met the Chairman of First Holdings, Femi Otedola, on Monday.
Last week, Tinubu witnessed the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding between the Ogun State Government and DP World for the development of a deep seaport in Ogun Waterside and the establishment of a Blue Marine Economic Zone.

DP World, a global ports and logistics company, is expected to invest $7bn in the proposed seaport and economic zone.
After completing his engagements in Lagos, Tinubu is expected to return to Abuja.
