The joint unions in the Health Sector in Osun State, comprising of OSAMDO, NANNM, NUAHP and MHWUN have thanked Governor of Ademola Adeleke for approving the upward review of allowances for health workers in both the State and Local Government services.
The Unions described the approval as another clear demonstration of the governor’s unwavering commitment to the welfare of workers and the strengthening of the healthcare system in Osun State
According to the Unions, the approval will not only boost the morale of the health workers but will also enhance productivity, improve service delivery, and further encourage healthcare professionals to remain dedicated to providing quality healthcare services to the people of Osun State.
The Unions noted that Governor Adeleke has consistently prioritized the welfare of workers in general and that of the State’s health workers especially since assuming office, adding that the latest approval reflects a leadership that values the sacrifices and indispensable contributions of health workers to the development of the State.
