Baba Aladura of the Holy Fountain of C&S Church, Orimolade Worldwide, ‘Carry-go’ Prophet Babatunde Okeyomi
Ondo State Deputy Governor, Dr Olayide Adelami has showered encomiums on the Baba Aladura of the Holy Fountain of C&S Church, Orimolade Worldwide, Prophet Babatunde Okeyomi for his tremendous contributions to good governance and community development.
He described the outstanding cleric, popularly called “Carry-go”, as a man of uncommon humility and unflinching courage.
In a birthday congratulatory message to the cleric on Monday, signed by his spokesman , Mr John Akinduro, the Deputy Governor celebrated Okeyomi for the remarkable role he has played in the politics of Ondo State, noting particularly his fervour for identifying passionately with the progressives.
He noted especially that the cleric has a long history of progressive political alignment, right from his time as a frontline member of the Alliance for Democracy (AD), to his total support for President Bola Ahmed Tinubu and every progressive agenda.
Dr Adelami commended Okeyomi’s tireless efforts at promoting the Renewed Hope Agenda of the Tinubu administration by deepening engagement at the grassroots, and rallying stakeholders to renew their commitment to the ruling All Progressives Congress (APC).
He further lauded Prophet Okeyomi’s social impact on his immediate community and across the country, through his non-profit organization, which he said has put smiles on the faces of the vulnerable groups.
The deputy governor prayed for continued divine strength for Prophet Okeyomi as he leads the church of God, and contribute to the development of Ondo state.
