The Vice-Chancellor of Obafemi Awolowo University (OAU), Ile-Ife, Prof Adebayo Bamire, has urged parents and guardians to instill in their children the understanding that temporary setbacks in life especially in academics, are not the end of the road, but rather are opportunities to grow and find new direction.

“Setbacks are a natural part of the journey to success. Failure should be seen as a stepping stone to greater achievement, not a reason to give up,” Prof Bamire said.
