*Arrogance is a dangerous socio-psychological and mental condition.*
*This is because the arrogant over-rates himself, but underrates others around him.*
*No one is more magnanimous than God, but even God in His magnanimity said, “I resist the proud” (Jam.4:6).*
*The challenge of the arrogant person is that his arrogance quietly destroys him without himself knowing it.*
*Arrogance looks like confidence on the surface, but blinds the arrogant against what is good about others.*
*An arrogant person hates corrections because he assumes he knows it all. Thereby turning small errors into big failures, because the arrogant will refuse to course-correct early.*
*With time, the arrogant will become isolated since nobody wants to tell him the truth any more.*
*You may do well to find out if you that is reading this piece is not a proud fellow. After all, there is nothing wrong with self-examination. Did Jesus not ask His disciples who He was?*👍
