RUGIPO’s Acting Rector, Dr Olorunwa Sunday Lawson
The Acting Rector of Rufus Giwa Polytechnic, Owo, Ondo State, RUGIPO, Dr. Olorunwa Sunday Lawson has urged all members of the institution’s community to rededicate themselves to its continued growth and development.
In a new month message, titled: “Embracing New Opportunities, Advancing Excellence”, which he signed, he wrote:
“As we welcome the month of June 2026, I extend my warm greetings and best wishes to every member of the Rufus Giwa Polytechnic, Owo community.
“The beginning of a new month presents another opportunity to embrace new possibilities, renew our sense of purpose, and reaffirm our collective commitment to the continued growth and development of our Polytechnic. It also offers a moment to reflect on our accomplishments and look ahead with confidence, determination, and optimism.
“I sincerely commend the dedication, resilience, and professionalism consistently demonstrated by our staff and students. Your unwavering commitment remains a vital driving force behind the steady progress of our institution and the pursuit of our shared vision of excellence, innovation, and service.
“As we journey through this month, I encourage us all to remain focused, purposeful, and innovative in our respective endeavours. Through unity, cooperation, and a shared commitment to excellence, we will continue to strengthen our Polytechnic and position it for even greater achievements.
“May the month of June bring renewed strength, good health, peace, success, and fulfilment to you and your loved ones. May it also usher in greater opportunities, remarkable accomplishments, and continued progress for our dear institution.
