*AI Son : Okay everybody.*
*Welcome to your Performance Review.*
*AI Father : Oy yeh! How am I doing, Boss?*
*AI Son :Honestly Dad, we are having some problems.*
*AI Father: What problems.*
*AI Son : You sleep on the Couch, you leave your socks everywhere, and you never listen to Mum.*
*AI Father :Hey! Am doing my best.*
*AI Son :Please don’t interrupt the meeting Sir!*
*AI Mum : But how am I doing?*
*AI Son : Mum, you are amazing : you cook, you clean, and you take care of everybody.*
*Mum gets a raise, Dad gets more training.*
*AI Father : That is not fair!*
*AI Son : Neither is your performance Sir.*
*AI Son stood up and said : Meeting adjourned.*
*AI Son walked out.*
*Let me ask you this practical but candid question :*
