In His great Legacy, The Lord’s Prayer, which He bequeathed to humanity before His sudden departure from the Earth over 2,000 years ago, the Great Master and Teacher of mankind, Jesus Christ, with His Word, laid the foundation of a coming new era of His Father, on Earth.
During this promised time, every person on Earth will carry peace deep within themselves. Peace will stream out of every earthly human being in his or her activities in thoughts, words, and deeds.
Thus, every person will be an agent of peace. Spreading from person to person, within the families, among neighbours, across communities, within the nations, and across all frontiers, the Earth and its inhabitants will flourish in peace.
This promised era will replace the oppressive one of chaos and confusion that has been prevailing for many thousands of years.
It will be a time when human beings across frontiers will, in our thoughts, words, and deeds, work genuinely to give joy to our neighbours, and receive joy in return.
When the Earth will look like a fresh Creation from the loving Hand of the Creator.
The Saviour explained how this era will come about on Earth. Also, He taught how human beings, who wish to listen to His Word, and thereby qualify for salvation, should key themselves into this process.
Foremost of the requirements of the human being, who genuinely longs for the coming era on Earth, promised by the Saviour, is confidence in, and commitment to serving the Will of His Almighty Father.
He is the Only One enthroned worlds of distances above the Earth, and the entire Creation, and the Most High; the Uppermost above the Divine, the Heaven, and the Earth.
From His richly-laid Table flow provisions to ensure the well-being, protection, joy, happiness, health, progress, and advancement of the wandering human beings on Earth.
Implied in this confidence is surrendering to the Father, Who ensures the welfare of everyone who lives in accordance with His Holy Will.
This further means that we acknowledge Him and His rights over us as Father, and leave it entirely to His Wisdom to treat us as an earthly father does his children; a treatment borne out of the most compassionate love and consideration of only what benefits us.
With this, we approach the steps to the Throne of the Almighty Father humbly and purely.
