Ondo State Commissioner for Regional lntegration and Diaspora Relations, Prince ‘Boye Ologbese has described the solidarity, support, and visit of the All Progressives Congress, APC bigwigs to the state as a great boost to Governor Lucky Aiyedatiwa’s expected victory in the coming November 16 election.
On Sunday, APC political topshots, led by the party’s National Chairman, Abdullahi Ganduje, stormed the Ondo State capital Akure to rally support for their colleague, Ayedatiwa assuring him of victory at the poll.
The ministry’s spokesman, Bisi Agboola in a statement quoted the commissioner saying: “The memorable visit was a tonic to boost the electorate’s morale.”
Ologbese boastfully asserted “With such support from the party giants who control the SouthWest region, victory is very sure for Governor Ayedatiwa.”
He maintained that “The coming together of these notable party men to solidarise with His Excellency, Governor Ayedatiwa will also promote the New Hope Agenda of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu to the advantage of the SouthWest region.”
Lagos State Governor and Chairman of the SouthWest Governors Forum, Babajide Sanwo0lu, his Ekiti and Ogun States counterparts Abiodun Oyebanji, and Dapo Abiodun (represented by his Secretary to the State Government, SSG, were at the occasion.
