Most people who are bothered and genuinely concerned, about the morally noxious phenomenon of Pornography, may not easily know how and where, to situate their thoughts, regarding the stealthy-entry of this moral blight, into the human community on Earth!
Pornography, is the worst dishonor in pictorial form, that can ever be visited on the figure and person, of that human species in Creation – the Woman, whom her Creator had providentially clothed, in resplendent garment of exquisite virtues and dignifying honour.
The tragedy here, is that the incidence of Pornography in itself, is a confirmation and visible attestation to the fact that… the aforementioned garment of dignity and honour, that cloaked the woman, has been ripped off the Woman’s physical body, in an offensive and obtrusive manner… through her willful complicity over time, in the moral and spiritual degradation, that had afflicted humankind for millennia! If Womanhood had not been spiritually lukewarm and morally complicit, the filthy assault on her person as portrayed in Pornography… would not have occurred in the first place!
To the consternation and bewilderment of morally sensitive people, we now see Pornographic materials today, like a huge field of mushrooms, that seemed to suddenly come to life overnight and luxuriantly too, on a sultry summer night! And hapless human creatures are consuming with lustful relish, these Pornographic materials and literature, littering everywhere…!
Adolescents, adults, and children are having unrestricted access, to these morally corrosive materials, that are daily spreading the noxious germs of lust, in the human community. As a prime fallout of this odious trend, it is a tragic fact that… there is virtually no part of the female anatomy, as of today, which has not been “severed” as it were, from her figure and used for commercial advertising and sales promotion of varied kinds of services and products! This is inexpressively sad!
In Pornography, the physical body of the Woman is stripped naked and bare, for consumptive viewing and we ask in concern… for what reasonable or positive purpose? None, can be adduced in this connection!
It is therefore useful for the necessary widening of our perspective on this matter, to look back thoughtfully, at the spiritual history of man’s sojourn on Earth… to see how we all got to the point at which Pornography, as a moral negativity, found the “comfortable” space, to feature in the human community on Earth! What we must recognize and know is that, it takes a very personal and willful decision on the part of a Woman, to agree to strip herself of her clothes and lay bare her body, to face the inquisitive and invasive lens of the probing camera.
In taking this fateful and degrading decision… the Woman must necessarily shove aside and suppress a foremost endowment-of-Soul… in the human “Sense of Shame”, which the Creative Will had providentially imbued into the being of human creatures, to prevent a degrading descent, into moral debauchery! The sense-of-shame, when functional, is an in-built check and a spiritual mechanism, as it were, in the being of the human creature, ordained to prevent the sexual-instinct in particular, from swinging out of control, to the point at which the human creature then becomes a sheepish slave… to it! In the orderings of Creation…it should be noted that the “sense of shame” was ordained to be functionally stronger in the Woman… more so, if she has honestly struggled to come to timely spiritual awakening!
It has however been aptly declared, that, the strength of a person’s sense-of-shame, will ever remain an infallible measure, of the “inner worth” of a human being! When the sense-of-shame is suppressed and compromised … then, anything goes and anything can indeed happen, because the restraining guard-rails, are not just there…! Then it is a free-fall! A free fall? Yes, and it then becomes a harrowing experience that is difficult to reverse. The question to ask is … what are the direct effects, on an avid consumer of Pornographic materials? The first effect is that pornography materials, overstimulate the sexual instinct, beyond natural limits… to a state of morbidity. It is a natural instinct in itself and has its ordained purposes in the earthly experiencing of human creatures. It is needed for proper propagation… which is an explicit obligation to Nature; and also, the bonding-fusion of vibrations, which takes place during sexual intercourse, between the two sexes, toning up the cells of the human body in salutary and beneficial ways! The sexual instinct definitely, has its relevance and place, in the lives of human creatures on Earth! But to be exemplified, within lawfully prescribed limits!
However, when the sexual instinct is over stimulated as can easily happen when exposed to pornographic materials, something terrible happens with the human body! Vital energy, through masturbation… is drained out of the body through imagined sensations and libidinous thoughts that unavoidably take place… while “enjoying” contents of pornographic materials. The band of culpable Women… who are vicarious facilitators of this unhealthy experience, especially among adolescents and children, have a serious case to answer, before the Court of Mother Nature; and the inexorable Law of Reciprocal Action in Creation someday, somewhere… and somehow!
It is very easy to destroy… but it takes an incredible quantum of work to build up! Women who are primary facilitators of Pornography, have, through their willful suppression of the Sense-of-Shame… inadvertently inflicted an odious wound on their inner spiritual-beauty, as a Woman… a Wound, that will be constantly exposed to the impact of the over-flowing currents of lust, that pervade our world! In time, this wound unavoidably becomes septic; and without timely intervention will later become a draining-wound… that may not easily respond to humanly contrived treatment. A draining wound saps the vital energy which the human creature is supposed to appropriate towards noble aspirations and upbuilding on Earth!
The incidence of Pornography on Earth, will remain and present a moral accusation, directed at earthly Womanhood; and even the ranks of the men, could also be accused and labelled as… conspirators and accessories after the fact! What is desirable is for there to be an “Easter Awakening” … in this connection; and for a Vanguard-of-Honourable Women to daily rise up, and lobby legislative assemblies for very strict prohibitive laws, against the publishing, printing, display and sale of Pornographic materials in the human community.
So long as Pornography thrives in the human community, the wound that the Women bear on themselves in this connection, as primary facilitators, will continue to fester, and experiencing pure morality inwardly, will continue to elude the youths, the children and adults! Pornography unavoidably leads to draining vital spiritual-energy and the attendant habit of masturbation will concomitantly stall meaningful spiritual growth and development. It is the human society in general that gravely suffers for it.
