*In life,time never stops running.*
*This is why man has no control over it. Meaning that time waits for no man.*
*The only authority and control therefore that man has over time is to USE TIME WELL.*
*In view of this reality, there should be no reason for any man to waste any time, except perhaps when a man needs to take a rest.*
*In view of the fact that man has always been doing less than expected, attention should be paid to how we use our time when we are lonely. The engagement of our period of loneliness has become a major challenge for several people.*
*W should therefore note that the period seen as being lonely period should be put into useful activities and productive engagements by us.*
*To all men and women,loneliness should never be an excuse for wasting away our time.*
*We can therefore engage our time in the following :*
*1) Reading : we can get engaged in reading to fill up our void time, especially reading into areas of our personal interest (s). We can also delve into other intellectual areas outside of our specialization to broaden our mind and enlarge our horizon.*
*2) Writing : When we are less busy, we can put into writing, our memoir of past activities for the documentation of such records for the use of others, especially succeeding generation.*
*3) Other activities: We can also get involved in*
*i) Gardening,*
*ii) Animal rearing,*
*iii) Fishing,*
*iv) Sports like jogging.*
*v) Hunting,*
*vi) Singing,*
*vii) Listening to songs.*
*viii) Volunteer community services,*
*ix) Strategic thinking on proferring solutions to existing challenges,*
*x) Rearranging the house to make it more decent and tidy.*
*xi) Taking a walk,*
*xii) Rereading some of our old books,etc.*
*In respect of these activities, your mind must be ready and settled to get really involved in them.*
*Note that there are times there will be no one to speak to you or encourage you on your efforts. Don’t allow this to prevent you from doing something tangible. Keep getting busy.*
*To get a headstart over loneliness, you must do away with the notion that anybody’s presence or company would have been preferable to you : not everybody can keep your company appropriately. Therefore, don’t force yourself on a company,or force any company on yourself.*
