Anger tempts the victim it possesses, to destroy, to cause havoc, to harm the other person, and indeed yourself.
How do you harm yourself? When you allow yourself to entertain anger, and be possessed by it, a wave of strange power streams into you continuously endlessly from sources you do not understand.
Your blood heats up. Your blood pressure spikes It rises. Your heart beats faster. Your heart pumps abnormal, hot blood faster through your excited veins to all the cells, all the parts of your body.
Blood flow from your heart to all parts of your body surges. Your body becomes hot, and feverish. You feel headache. Your chest tightens.
Your eyes bulge and turn red. You feel pumped up and filled with rage. Your muscles puff up. Your skin changes colour.
The nerves of your body tense up and become taut. Your words and speaking become incoherent.
You become abnormal, a danger to your neighbour with who you are angry, to your surroundings, and to yourself.
By now, you have yielded yourself to anger’s influence, to its destructive control You lose control over yourself.
Thus, anger, a servant of the Darkness takes control over you. It tempts you, encourages you, directs, and urges you to hit your neighbour, the other person with whom you are angry, hard.
To teach him a lesson. And if he tries to resist your blow, to defend, or protect himself from the impact of your blow, it urges you to hit him harder, and even repeatedly.
Why not go for somemething, a stick, a wood, a belt, or any available weapon to hit him harder: anger will advise you.
All these are why you were warned: If anger can still influence you, or control you, then the Darkness can still use you as a tool to work against the Light! To cause havoc and destruction.
