It\’s easy to look at a world and think we don\’t fit the cookie cutter, we don\’t match the image needed and required to make it in this life—only to realize nobody does.
That\’s because we are all unique, each one of us, and that unique way of being is what makes our collective experience so beautiful, if we allow it.
What unites us, the one thing, is in how we respect and appreciate the uniqueness of others.
They may not act like you act, or think like you think, or talk like you talk, or look like you look—but they live like you live, because they live a unique life.
The one thing that can unite us in all this uniqueness is the same spirit of grace and love.
When we live with grace for others instead of pointing out how different they are from us (of course they are) we begin to see with the eyes of our heart and not just the eyes in our head, and we begin to see just how similar we all are (of course we are).
We are all so different, an entire world of difference; yet, when we look at the world through eyes of grace, we also see just how similar we all are too.
