The story would have been different, if the three kings had recognised fully their sublime Call.
If, rather than present Jesus at Birth with mere earthly gifts, they had seen themselves with their earthly wealth, and power as belonging to their Lord and Master.
If they had brought themselves with their wealth, and power to Him. The wealth entrusted to them only for the Purpose of serving Him during His Time on Earth, and possibly for many years after His Departure.
If they had taken Him, Mary, Joseph, and His any other helpers away from the stable.
Got Him, and them a befitting
accommodation, rehabilitated Him, and provided Him the best of earthly care, and attention, as their earth-lives depended on these tasks.
And seen to His well-being through His Earth-life and Mission, and ensured that He was protected from harm, and danger all through the fulfillment of His Mission.
History would have been different.
