In the last few decades, mankind has witnessed a steady decline in all that has to do with morality. What is considered indecent and wrong at a given moment is celebrated as the norm a short while afterwards.
The boundaries safeguarding our concept of right and wrong are being relentlessly torn down, and to let go of oneself, whether in pervasions in gender expression, sexual promiscuity, and taking pleasure in decent, and in fashion, to mention but a few, is considered an “in-thing”.
At the centre of these “fads” stands the woman. Her position is critical, and her role is most vital by virtue of her higher spiritual nature and the corresponding ability to exercise an enormous and leading influence on all creatures in the entire Creation.
Through the knowledge mediated in the Grail Message, we come to know that the actual level of the spiritual maturity of a given people and the prevailing world of thought forms which surround them and become manifest in their earthly-physical circumstances is always accurately and most visibly reflected in the quality of the outward and inward condition of the woman.
At the heart of any moral lapse is a poor sense of true self-worth; therefore, when we see indecent dressing, indiscipline, perversions in gender and sexual expressions, and all other manners of weaknesses and vices, taking hold of more and more women and young girls, then we ought to undertake the question of awakening genuine womanhood and humanity very seriously. All the vices flourishing in our communities are the result of relegating lasting values and virtues to the background. Our humanity is defined, not by what we possess but by what we are, and what we are is defined by the degree to which we have internalised self-control, discipline, purity, grace, honesty, patience, integrity, self-respect, love, humility, childlikeness, chastity, tolerance, kindness and many more virtues that promote peace and stability, leading to individual and national growth and development.
And these values and virtues are vested in, and can be more readily nurtured by the woman. It is in this that she is meant to take the lead. The men in their gentlemanliness can and should be of invaluable aid to women so that we may fulfil this task as it means more rapid advancement for the entire human race. But even where the men fail to do so voluntarily, the women can literally speaking, pull the men by the scruff of the neck and pull them upwards. Women possess that much power!
No people can really thrive where morality is like a word spoken in a whirlwind. We may witness amazing advances in technology, we may have individuals going home with fat pay checks and witness rise in the number of millionaires in given societies, but without being first and foremost – “true human beings”, we would fall short of realising all of our potentials.
Genuine womanhood lies in the honest striving to uphold purity in everything she does rather than indulging in vanity. It means striving to uphold moral values and virtues by influencing her environment positively.
When this effort is anchored in obedience to the Will of the Almighty Father and Creator of all, she cannot produce anything else but a generation that live out all human values to the full in daily life.
If women, especially, would take the challenge imposed by their inherent abilities and desire to succeed in this more than anything else, then we would have a Paradise on this earth in a matter of a few years.
This laudable goal must now inform the education of young girls and women; the young boys and men must be cultured to look up to the woman in her feminine grace, and strive to uphold her spiritual and physical dignity, in and through their masculine nature and activities.
It gives great pleasure when here and there, one finds a handful of women in whom the noble dream of stemming the tide of moral decadence and restoring woman to her rightful place is alive. A laurel wreath for these spiritual stalwarts, who stand as solid rocks in the sea of modern life that is raging with the waves and storms of immorality.
