*Continuation of yesterday’s Reflection on the subject of being conscientious in our work and service delivery, which will make all the difference in engaging hands for our industry in these trying times.*
*Going forward on yesterday’s explanations on who a conscientious and diligent worker is, such a fellow will be ready to work as if he is working for himself, and not someone else.*
*When there are challenges in the line of work, he is ever prepared to do his utmost best to solve the problem the best way possible, and keep making progress.*
*When there are failures recorded, you can be sure he will not pass the buck to any other person – he is never a buck passer, he is never an excuse giver as well.*
*When a conscientious and faithful worker works, he does not work to show off. He works totally committed to the vision and the mission before him.*
*A conscientious and faithful worker is ever committed to a given course of action. By being committed, he will never give his attention to something else. He gives every work his full commitment, and at all times too.*
*He is never a busy-body, he is always mindful of his engagement, busy doing things, and doing them right and well.*
*Permit me to say that most workers are liabilities to their organizations. But not the conscientious and faithful worker, he is an asset, adding value through and through to his establishment.*
*When he is absent at work, his employers or superiors feel it badly. The vacuum of his absence is always difficult to fill.*
*When a goal getting superior comes across a conscientious and faithful worker, he treasures him and places much value on him.*
*Even God, appreciates a fellow who is faithful and conscientious in his business. No wonder the Word of God says :*
*Proverbs 22: [29] “Seest thou a man diligent in his business? he shall stand before kings; he shall not stand before mean men”.*
*This is talking about the conscientious and faithful worker there.*
*May I ask you this : “how much determined are you to being a conscientious and faithful worker in what has been committed into your hands at your place of work or any other place?*
*Know that you can make the difference from this moment onward.*
