*A big-time employer of labour recently landed at a given city in Nigeria.*
*His desire was to establish one or two lines of his industry in the city.*
*But there is a challenge that is steering the man in the face :*
*How to get reliable hands and conscientious workers to man different lines in the industries.*
*Indeed, there are several employers of labour that have the means to establish the needed industries that can engage people in their many lines of businesses.*
*But the challenge before most of these people who are employers of labour is that it is always difficult, if not impossible now in Nigeria, to get faithful and conscientious workers for most employment lines in this part of the world.*
*There are even people outside of Nigeria who are looking for faithful employees that can be engaged to man the industries they desire to bring down.*
*But the challenge before us all is : how employable, faithful and CONSCIENTIOUS are the employed hands around?*
*For a man to be considered conscientious, he needs to be :*
*Thorough*
*Dutiful.*
*Reliable.*
*Careful*
*Vigilant, and*
*thoughtful in his task performance.*
*Being a conscientious worker could also mean an individual governed by conscience.*
*That is, someone governed by strict regard to the dictates of conscience, or by the known or supposed rules of what is right and wrong.*
*Going by the explanations above, a conscientious worker will be ready to work as if the work is his.*
