Sleep is not a mere biological necessity. It\’s vital in our quest for spiritual growth. In sleep, the dominating, fettering hold of the intellect is reduced, and the soul can soar to sublime heights, or it may descend to distressing depths.
Warnings and guidance may come at this phase, when the body reclines, while the spirit can become winged. At times, one is given a glimpse of paradise, or of fleeting images from previous incarnations.
