History repeats itself
So the saying goes
yet men daft repeats same foible
Which ancients passed as route
Liberalism and its many woes
Visits man in the summit of his height
And bends his knees to those same
slave master he each times submits
On self same rock be stumbled
Even as eyes of history warned
but still recurs his fall
Since he’s bent not on reason
