Osun State Governor Ademola Adeleke has described his elder brother, renowned businessman and philanthropist, Adedeji Tajudeen Adeleke, as a blessing to humanity.
He spoke while celebrating his elder brother on his 69th birthday.
In a statement issued on Friday in Osogbo by his spokesperson, Mallam Olawale Rasheed, the governor offered prayers for good health, long life, and greater prosperity for the celebrant.
The Governor described his elder brother as a rare gift to humanity and a pillar of strength to the Adeleke family, noting that his compassion and generosity have impacted countless lives across communities, tribes, and faiths.
According to the governor, the elder Adeleke’s life has not only been marked by remarkable success in business but also by a strong commitment to supporting the less privileged and helping many individuals achieve their dreams.
“Your generosity speaks even when you are silent. The lives you have touched remain living testimonies of divine grace at work,” the governor said.
He also acknowledged his brother’s guidance and wisdom over the years, describing him as a dependable source of counsel and encouragement both in private and public life.
“In private and in public, your humility remains your greatest ornament. We draw daily from your experience, your faith, and your strength,” he added.
Governor Adeleke prayed that God would continue to bless his brother with good health, expand his coast, and grant him peace and fulfillment in the years ahead.
Dr. Adeleke, a globally recognised entrepreneur and philanthropist, is widely known for his contributions to education and humanitarian causes through institutions such as Adeleke University.
