Ondo State Universal Basic Education Board (SUBEB) has refuted the information circulating that the board will be conducting screening examination to employ primary school teachers.
The refutal was contained in a statement on Thursday by the board’s Head, Press and Information, Bisi Agboola.
He said: “The information has been filtering on a fake website and twitter in the last one week.”
The statement described the information as “untrue and advised members of the public to disregard such information as it was meant to defraud the unsuspecting applicants.”
It recalled that the state government “has recently approved the recruitment of about 1,200 qualified teachers to fill some vacant positions in the primary schools across the eighteen local government council areas.”
