The Nigeria Union of Journalists, NUJ, Ondo State Council, has inaugurated a seven-member Planning Committee to organize its 2025 Ondo media/Press Week.
It will be chaired by Banjo Egunjobi with Jacob Akintunde as the Secretary.
Other members include Adedotun Ajayi, Olufisoye Adenitan, Kunle Ajibogun and Omoriola Hungbeji.
NUJ State Secretary, Olaoluwa Meshach, will represent the State Executive in the Committee.
Olaoluwa said in a statement that the 2025 Media/Press Week will hold between 14 and 21 December, this year.
Speaking with the members of the Committee on Tuesday at the NUJ Press Centre, Akure, the Ondo NUJ Chairman, Prince Leke Adegbite called on the committee and members of the Union to promote the interest of the Union to have a robust and memorable press week, this year.
The Chairman, 2025 Media/Press Week Committee, Banjo Egunjobi, thanked the leadership of the Union for the opportunity given them to serve, and promised that the committee will do its best to have a very robust and memorable outing.
The Committee, therefore, seeks the support of the leadership and members of the Union to organize a memorable outing that will surpass the expectation of the Union.
