Ondo gets N138.71b FAAC allocation 2025 first half

Ondo State received the sum of N138.71 billion from the Federal Account Allocation Committee(FAAC) in the first half of 2025.

The allocation coverered funds disbursed to the state government and the 18 local government areas between January and June 2025, receiving a whopping sum of N138.71 billion.

A report published by FAAC showed that Lagos received the highest allocation across the country, with ₦464.51 billion.

Rivers State ranked second after Lagos with ₦374.56 billion, followed by Delta with ₦368.75 billion.

The report shows that the 36 states and Federal Capital Territory inclusive of their Local Government Areas received the following during the period under review:

  • Lagos – ₦464.51 billion ;
  • Oyo — ₦196.23 billion;
  • Ondo — ₦138.71 billion;
  • Osun — ₦133.29 billion;
  • Ogun — ₦108.88 billion;
  • Ekiti — ₦97.73 billion;
  • Rivers — ₦374.56 billion;
  • Delta — ₦368.75 billion;
  • Akwa Ibom — ₦309.15 billion;
  • Bayelsa — ₦259.94 billion;
  • Edo — ₦138.34 billion;
  • Cross river — ₦106.34 billion;
  • Kano — ₦250.76 billion;
  • Katsina — ₦182.11 billion;
  • Jigawa — ₦157.29 billion;
  • Kaduna — ₦150.58 billion;
  • Sokoto — ₦141.32 billion;
  • Kebbi — ₦133.11 billion;
  • Zamfara — ₦115.48 billion;
  • Borno — ₦161.91 billion;
  • Bauchi — ₦132.87 billion;
  • Adamawa — ₦128.81 billion;
  • Yobe — ₦115.45 billion;
