Departed Hon Cecilia Fayase
The All Progressives Congress(APC), in Ondo State has mourned the death of a former federal commissioner, Chief (Mrs.) Cecelia Ifayase, saying it is a painful development.
The deceased politician represented Ondo West Constituent 1, in the State House of Assembly, during the tenure of Chief Adebayo Adefarati, where she made significant impacts.
She passed on on Saturday after celebrating her Platinum anniversary.
According to a statement signed by the party’s state Publicity secretary, Mr. Alex Kalejaye on Sunday, the party described Hon. Ifayase as a committed and consistent progressive politician, who exhibited genuine concerns for the welfare and development of her people.
The party expressed sympathy and condolences to her immediate family, Ondo Kingdom, and entire chapter of APC.
It prayed the Almighty to overlook her errors and grant her soul eternal help.
