The South West Coordinator of the Asiwaju Tinubu/Shettima Coalition for Good Governance, ATSCGG., and Secretary of the Labour Directorate of the APC.’s Presidential Campaign Council, PCC., Ambassador Sola Iji, has congratulated the party on its landslide victory in the last Saturday’s Presidential and National Assembly Elections that took place in Ondo State.
According to the results of the election which were announced by the Independent National Electoral Commission, INEC., the APC. won all the three Senatorial seats and eight of the nine House of Representatives seats in the state., and also led the other Parties with a wide margin in the State’s Presidential election.
In a statement signed on his behalf by Chief ‘Wole Iroaye, the Onibudo of Ugboland and a member of the Election Planning and Monitoring of the APC.’s PCC.,
Iji congratulated all the National Assembly members-elect from the State on their resounding victory at the election, which he described as a reconfirmation of the trust of the Good People of Ondo State in the APC. as a performing party that honours its promises and deserves their votes.
He advised them to remember and fulfil their campaign promises in line with the people oriented programmes of our Great Party as soon as they are sworn in to sustain the confidence of our People in the APC. as their own Party in which they repose an absolute trust any day and which they will always vote massively in any future elections.
Iji said: “Once again, I congratulate our Great Party, the All Progressives Congress and all the Party former Candidates in the just concluded National Assembly Elections who are now Distinguished and Honourable Members-Elect of the National Assembly of the Federal Republic of Nigeria on their phenomenal success at the polls.”
