The South West Zonal Coordinator of the Asiwaju Tinubu/Shettima Coalition for Good Governance (ATSCGG.), Ambassador Sola Iji, has commiserated with Ondo State Governor, Oluwarotimi Akeredolu, on the passage of his mother, Lady Evangelist Grace Bosede Akeredolu, JP, who died in the early hours of Thursday in her Ibadan, the Oyo State capital’s residence.

Iji, in a condolence message signed by his Aide, who is also the Commissioner representing the South West in the National Salaries, Incomes and Wages Commission, Onibudo ‘Wole Iroaye, said: “Your Excellency, I commiserate with you, your family, and the entire people of Owo Kingdom and Ondo State on the passage of your dear mother in the early hours of Thursday September 15, 2022.

“Notably, the departure of Lady Evangelist Grace Bosede Akeredolu, JP, calls for celebrations rather than mourning for the fact that she was a shining example of womanhood, who, while here on earth, dedicated her life to the service of her Creator and the society.

“We remember her glowingly for working hard as a single parent after the passage of her husband many years ago, to ensure the proper upbringing of her children, their training and education to commendable levels, such that today all of them are occupying commanding heights in their various callings.

“We are thankful that it has pleased the Almighty Father to grant Mama a fruitful and joyful experience in this part of His wonderful Creation for 90 years, during which she touched the lives of many whose paths she crossed, and shared with them out of the abundance lavished on her by her Creator.

“Your Excellency, while expressing my sincere condolences to you and your entire family particularly over Mama’s passage, I pray solemnly that Lady Evangelist Grace Bosede Akeredolu’s children will be granted help to bear this irreparable loss of their mother.

“May their paths be continuously blessed and may God’s light shine on their paths eternally.”
