Lying on each person’s path is a chain of diverse experiences, a flight of steps leading him to luminous heights which he must climb one after another, each of which he must thoroughly experience for his own benefit.

There should be no waiting, stopping,  hanging or clinging on to a single step, a single experience, a duty post or an office and the experiences or opportunities it offers, once the tenure is over and it is time to move on.

Thus, fulfilment awaits every genuine worker and servant also at the next duty post or office, which he is being urged to voluntarily choose once a tenure expires to keep himself active and in step with the lawful, incessant flow, the unstoppable movement in Creation.

We should know that every earthly office is a tenure. Once the purpose of an office is fulfilled, or when it is time to move on, staying a minute beyond the tenure’s end may be harmful, even disastrous.

A wisdom lies behind the setting of the tenure, long enough to permit fulfilment of the reason for the appointment into the office.

Thereafter, the occupant or office holder moves to another duty post or office to be served another delicious plate of enriching experiences that lie on his path, and which he needs; or to employ some of his other hidden talents, abilities which were lying dormant within him awaiting his call up to put into service for another fulfilment.

To help in his redemption or atonement, development and maturity, and ascent towards the luminous heights.

Therefore, it is natural and helpful to joyfully move on when the tenure of a duty post or an office expires, to the next duty post or office where another fulfilment, which the particular human being is to bring about, with the plate of new experiences it offers, awaits him. It is for his help.

In fact, there are many other human beings who are endowed with the same or similar gifts, talents and abilities which every human being bears, who equally need the experiences of the duty post or office he is just vacating for their own atonement, development, maturity and ascent, who are awaiting, who have been begging for opportunities to put their own talents and abilities into use, into service, to employ them in the genuine service as well.

And the Almighty Father in His Mercy and Wisdom grants their petitions also as He did and does his.

Who knows the number of such human beings who are awaiting opportunities also to employ their own talents, gifts and abilities for joyful activities through certain offices or duty posts formal or informal, in joyful activities as earthly helpers in the genuine service also of the Lord on earth?

Human beings who need to redeem certain errors, to be polished and mature for ascent by virtue of their being permitted to serve in particular duty posts or offices, and then move on.

Notably, there are duty posts or offices one occupies by formal earthly appointments, which require one being formally appointed by higher earthly authorities.

Apart from these formal offices, there are many informal offices, duties which require no formal approval of earthly authorities to stand in. These are as equally important as the formal ones.

These latter informal duties or offices are duties and offices which one usually performs, or in which one serves, quietly off the screen or billboard, without jingling bells, without attracting attention to oneself.

This second type of offices where one strives to serve quietly without publicity, and usually without the prior knowledge or approval of the authorities, and often anonymously, is often very joyful, enriching and uplifting spiritually.

There are limitless opportunities to immerse oneself quietly in these limitless informal duties or offices in joyful activities.

They offer limitless opportunities for any willing human being to joyfully selflessly employ his peculiar gifts spiritual and material, his abilities most of which have been lying dormant within him and are awaiting his call to employ in vigorous activities as he strives personally for his own development, maturity, freedom from ties that held him down and eventual ascent.

However, many human beings usually pay no attention to these highly enriching informal duties or offices, but prefer limited formal offices or duties where they are literally put on the stage, on the screen.

Formal office is open and the occupant is often in the public arena with its circumscribed, curtailed opportunities for deepening experiences.

On the other hand, one who serves voluntarily in an informal office or duty post often works privately, quietly unannounced, without publicity, during which he is permitted hours of free, golden opportunities of deepening himself in a rapture of highly enriching personal experiences.
