As part of the efforts to strengthen foreign relations and investments, the Osun State Government has stretched a diplomatic hand of fellowship to France.
Such foreign trade relations, which are considered germane with the current state of the country’s economy, are expected to aid the social and economic development of the state and open it up to the world.
The Commissioner for Federal Matters, Hon. Adenike Adeleke while on a courtesy call to the Economic Counselor of the French Embassy in Abuja, highlighted the monumental developmental projects the State is witnessing under the Governor Ademola Adeleke-led administration.
On tour with the team of the Osun State delegation, the Commissioner expressed the Osun Government’s readiness to host foreign investors in terms of infrastructure and security.
The Head of the Regional Economic Department, Florent Mangin, was accompanied by Sébastien Bede. He assured the delegates of France’s readiness to collaborate with Osun State to foster a beneficial relationship.
He also expressed his willingness and that of his team to embark on a 2-day tour to the state before the end of the second quarter of the year to exploit mutually complementary benefits.
