Fire up your power of imagination – 2

Reflection for the day

By Olubunmi Adebayo

*Today, we shall continue with our discussions on how to fire up one’s power of imagination and vision as revealed in God’s encounters with Moses (Exo. 3:1-10) and Abraham(Gen.15:5).*

*Always know that imagination is the mother of expectations. While expectation is the mother of manifestations.*

*Permit me to say this please : an empty mind of imagination, equals an empty future. What a man never sees, never comes into reality for him.*

*What is never a fact in a man’s mind, cannot become the truth in his life of manifestations.*

*Therefore, never operate on empty mindedness. Every empty thought-life, yields nothing meaningful or tangible.*

*This is why a man must be careful about what influences his thought patterns – you must be careful with what you expose your mind system and thought life to. If your imagination goes in the wrong direction, the results that will come out will be less than desirable.*

*Your mind can’t be exposed to all manners of pollution and perversions, and you will ever remain the same, never.*

*You must therefore build up the capacity of your imagination with what you read, watch, listen to, reflect on and partake in, “as a man thinketh,so is he.” (Prov 23:7).*

*This is the way to go, it is the way to accomplish whatever plans and programs that God has for us, or perhaps, that we may have in God.*

*Tomorrow, we shall be concluding this discussion with how God fired up the imagination of Peter the son of Jonah with just one single encounter, and his life (Peter’s) never remained the same thereafter.*

Top of the day to you 👍
