A financial technology and migration infrastructure company, Vesti, has unveiled an Artificial Intelligence-powered assistant designed to support students and other migrants in pursuing opportunities abroad.

As part of its mission, the company has provided over N1 billion in loan facilities to help migrants overcome financial barriers to accessing foreign education and relocation support.

Speaking during the official launch of Vesti’s new branch in Osogbo, the capital of Osun State, Co-Founder and CEO, Olusola Amusan, revealed that the company, founded four years ago, aims to simplify migration for millions.

Amusan said, “Our headquarters is in Dallas, Texas, with offices in five countries, including Nigeria,”

“We are on a mission to provide legal and financial services for the one billion migrants globally.

“According to the United Nations, over 272 million people live outside their birth countries. Migration is now a global imperative—be it for work, education, or safety.”

Also speaking at the event, Co-Founder, Barrister Abimbola Amusan, emphasized the company’s impact.

“We support both the outflow and inflow of migrants. So far, we’ve helped hundreds of students and over 4,000 families relocate successfully. In 2025 alone, we disbursed over N500 million in loans, and to date, we’ve given out more than N1 billion. This is just the beginning.”

She added that Vesti is currently partnering with over 120 educational institutions worldwide, offering post-migration support services such as job placements, scholarships, and continuous guidance to migrants.

Osun State Governor, Senator Ademola Adeleke, commended the initiative and its potential to empower local youths.

Represented by his Special Adviser on Investment and CEO of the Osun State Investment Promotion Agency, Hon. Felix Olagunju, the governor praised Vesti for choosing Osogbo as a strategic location.

“We are excited about Vesti’s presence in Osun. The state government has revitalized the investment promotion agency to create a more enabling environment for startups. We call on more innovative companies to come to Osun and turn our youths’ dreams into reality.”
