The maiden Matriculation Ceremony of the newly admitted ND I Part-Time Students of Akure Outreach Centre of the Federal Polytechnic, Ile-Oluji, Ondo State for the 2020/2021 academic session will hold on Thursday, October 21, 2021 at the Polytechnic’s Twin Auditorium at the Permanent Site by 10:00 a.m. prompt.
A statement by the institution’s Head, Information, Protocol & Passages, Mr Sanmi Enigbokan, on Wednesday said that “The Matriculation Ceremony, which is to be presided over by the Rector of the Institution, Prof. Emmanuel Fasakin, will have in attendance other Principal Officers, Ag.Deans of Schools, Head of CESAC, Student Affairs Officer and Programme Coordinators from OASIS Educational and Management Consultant, Akure.
“In a related development, the Students Industrial Work Experience Scheme(SIWES) Annual Orientation Programme for ND 1 Full-Time Students for 2020/2021 academic session will hold at the same venue immediately after the Matriculation Ceremony.
“The Rector will declare the orientation exercise open, while officials from the Industrial Training Fund(ITF), Akure will facilitate the training programme. The SIWES Coordinator and other members of Staff connected with the orientation programme are hereby encouraged to attend punctually.
“Management wishes all the matriculating Part-Time Outreach Students and the Full-Time ND 1 Students billed for the orientation programme a blissful and rewarding academic session in the Institution.”
