Woman —— Your entire existence here has a reason, an ancestral reason; and as generations, we have immerse responsibilities especially with younger girls who see your actions and want to follow in your footsteps.
Imagine what we bring to the table… we bring a lot of knowledge, a lot of history; a lot of Art; a lot of debate on important issues in the context of the ‘Whole’; a lot of love and nurturing, etc. We are the womb of the Universe; the portal of humanity to this realm of existence; we are that empowered and important.
Woman… You are the healer, the cure for everything, remember you are the ‘Portal’ and with this comes a responsibility, a need which as Woman must be fulfilled. Let’s be the source of healing for all that has gone astray and regain the missing balance. Let us talk about our needs as women, about the places we must be part of from now on.
Let us always showcase and remember what has been built by women before us, and also honour the women who have been neglected, who have been erased from history especially those in the field working fervently to ensure that Women’s Rights in society are honoured; those who worked selflessly for the Right’s you are enjoying today.
Woman…. Your femininity is the direct connection to everything “LOVE”, the most potent language because it’s both visible and invisible.
You are already empowered by God, the Mighty Source of all, you are powerful beyond your own imagination – act on it! Love who you are.
I thank God, the source of all for the gift of Womanhood and Mothering across the world, Ase Edumare. Ko ni re wa lagbara Edumare, Ase.
I am rising to the “WORK” for which I exist and for which I was brought into the World, this realm of existence called Earth.
‘Awa Obinrin ni Iyo Aye’.
Woman… do not dull your shine nor remove the ‘Jewel’ in your ‘Crown’.
