A little smile and hearty laughter
Make the earth spin faster,
On its orbit powered by love,
A pretty orchid viewed from above…
A little kindness laced with grin,
And empathy claims the win,
A touch of goodness heals
A broken heart better than pills…
The varied notes of peace,
Bring harmony to a piece,
And so also the seed of unity,
Planted on the soil of humanity…
A soothing word, a simple hug
Sure keeps away the flu bug,
May we diffuse the fog of hatred,
To keep the air of love uninfected.
