Bisi Akande’s palatial building in Ila Orangun

By Our Reporter

“They who know the truth are not equal to those who love it, and they who love it are not equal to those who delight in it!”

This is the Palatial building in ìlá-Ọ̀ràgún the residence of Chief Bisi Akande. There is a building on its own leading to the gates of the Palace itself. The main building is situated over an acre of land with an imposing landscape fit for a billionaire. And so the question arises — Where did the money to build this monument of many floors, come from!?

This is the person who could not put together, ₦250,000 for his gubernatorial nomination form in 1999. Chief Iyìọlá Omísore it was, was paid for his form. This is the same man who could not contribute a Kọbọ̀ toward his gubernatorial campaign funds….

It has been long, precisely 18 years since he left office as governor.. And this daunting Villa shames most of our palaces in Yorùbá land and even beyond.

Chief Bisi Akande has a house in Ikoyi, Lagos. He is also a proud owner of another in far away London, UK!

Rumor has it that all these houses were funded and built and or bought for him by his political godfather!

This is the man throwing stones, or worse still, grasping a hot coal with the intent of throwing it at someone else; instead, he is the one who gets burned!

Three things cannot be long hidden: the sun, the moon, and The Truth. Layer by layer, step by step, the Truth shall be told about The stupendously corrupt and complicit Chief Bisi Akande as time goes by….
