A frontline Osun State governorship aspirant, Kunle Rasheed Adegoke (K-RAD), has joined family, friends, associates and the entire Yoruba nation in celebrating a foremost Nigerian patriot, retired Gen Alani Akinrinade, as he marks his 86th birthday.
In his tribute, K-RAD described Akinrinade as “a shining example of courage, patriotism, and selfless service to Nigeria.”
He noted that the elder statesman has remained a pillar of truth, justice, and integrity, contributing immensely to national development, peace and unity.
“General Akinrinade’s legacy is not only in his remarkable military career but also in his steadfast commitment to democracy, fairness and equity. As we celebrate him at 86, we pray for longer life in good health, renewed strength and enduring joy,” K-RAD stated.
Adegoke further urged the younger generation to learn from the virtues of discipline, sacrifice and unwavering love for Nigeria that General Akinrinade continues to embody.
