An ex-envoy and a former Senatorial Aspirant in Ondo State on the platform of the ruling All Progressives Congress, APC., Ambassador Sola Iji, has congratulated Prince Ademola Adegoroye, who was named on Wednesday as the Minister of State for Transport by our own President Muhammadu Buhari.
In a statement issued on Wednesday by his Spokesman, Onibudo ‘Wole Iroaye, Iji expressed confidence that Prince Adegoroye will be an asset to the administration of His Excellency, President Muhammadu Buhari, in the governance of Nigeria.
He said: “Ambassador Iji is very optimistic that Prince Adegoroye will perform superlatively in office as a Minister of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, in view of his pedigree as a respectable politician, a former governorship aspirant in Ondo State and a blue blooded son from one of the Royal Houses of Akure Kingdom, who formerly effectively represented Akure in the state’s House of Assembly.
“He described the appointment as a golden opportunity for Prince Adegoroye to deploy his abundant energy and wealth of experience both in the public service and the private sector to the service of our dear Country to the credit of the administration of our own President Buhari.
