Ondo State Governor Oluwarotimi Akeredolu has nominated 14 commissioners and seven special advisers designate to assist in running the affairs of the state.
This was disclosed by the state’s commissioner for Information and Orientation, Mr Donald Ojogo, in a statement in Akure.
He said that the names of the nominees would soon be forwarded to the state House of Assembly for screening, clearance and confirmation.
The statement listed some of the nominees to include Bamidele Ademola Olateju – Akoko South East, Adefarati Adegboyega – Akoko South West, Fatai Olotu – Akoko North East and Julianah Oshadahun – Akoko North West.
Others were Otunba Dele Ologun – Akure North, Sunday Adekunle – Idanre, Razak Obe – Ifedore, Banji Awolowo Ajaka – Ilaje, Emmanuel Igbasan – Irele and Yetunde Adeyanju- Odigbo.
“In the same vein, the governor has approved the appointment of Mr Babajide Akeredolu as the Director-General, Performance and Project Implementation Monitoring Unit (PPIMU)”, the statement added.
