Ondo State Governor Lucky Aiyedatiwa, is set to sign the 2024 supplementary budget into law today.
Totalling N92 billion, the budget will be signed this morning at the EXCO Chamber, Governor’s Office, Alagbaka, Akure, following its passage by the State House of Assembly two weeks ago.
The State House of Assembly had committed the N92 billion supplementary budget proposal to the Committee Stage after it scaled through the second reading.
The supplementary budget raises the total 2024 budget to N487.437 billion.
The 2024 budget, initially passed by the State House of Assembly and assented to by Governor Lucky Aiyedatiwa, was over N395 billion.
