Ondo State Governor Lucky Orimisan Aiyedatiwa has commended the Deji of Akure and Chairman of the Ondo State Council of Traditional Rulers, Oba (Dr.) Aladetoyinbo Ogunlade Aladelusi, Odundun II, for his contributions to the development of the state capital in particular and the entire state in general.
In a birthday message to the royal father, he appreciated the invaluable roles being played by the monarch in sustaining the peace and calmness in the state capital over the years and his promotion of the rich cultural heritage of the Akure people.
The Governor acknowledged the support of the Council of Obas, under the leadership of the Deji, for his administration in the last one year.
He prayed that the king will live long on the sacred throne of his forebears.
