Quite often, we human beings present the picture of heightened ignorance and childishness when it comes to understanding the regular occurrences of creation events. Creation events follow the rhythm of the eternal spiritual or natural laws, which do not deviate by a hair’s breath. These laws are simple, logical and easily perceivable with any little effort by human beings. If they are properly understood and followed, life on earth becomes peaceful, harmonious and joy-filled. Where the opposite course is taken, man builds up mountains of conflicts and challenges to tackle later.
With abiding ignorance over these laws of creation, mankind usually first makes simple matters appear complicated, and then later sweats it out to untwist what was earlier wilfully entangled. While busy in the time-wasting clearing of earlier chaos, the pitiable mankind, then arrogantly demands that its efforts must be reckoned with in the spiritual scheme of things, and possibly become the passport or gateway to its self-envisioned Heaven or Al Jana. This is how the understanding about all the natural laws of creation, which should ordinarily aid the spiritual development of mankind, have been twisted and distorted; stretching up to the gospels of truth brought from Above. Even the teachings of Jesus Christ have mostly been misinterpreted to suit sects, denominations and creeds.
In the instant statement of the scriptures captured in the words of Ephesians 6:10-12, a lot of misinterpretations and outward drama have been brought into the mix to justify all sorts of ridiculous conducts in religious circles. The passage reads as follows: _“Finally, be strong in the Lord and in his mighty power. Put on the full armour of God, so that you can take your stand against the devil’s schemes. For our struggle is not against flesh and blood, but against rulers, against the authorities, against the powers of this dark world and against the spiritual forces of evil in the heavenly realms.”_
The foregoing passage, in all simplicity, draws our attention to the reality that manifestations on earth and material creation, generally, start first in the spiritual realms, and are connected with man’s spiritual volitions, thoughts and deeds. As such a man who stands firm in pure convictions of the Holy Power from the Almighty Creator (manifesting in the Laws of Creation), maintains a defensive barrier against all forces of evil. It is that connection with the forces of nature or the laws of creation that is described as _putting on the armour of God_ ! It requires wholesome knowledge about these laws of creation which manifest the Will of God in creation. It is what the Lord Jesus Christ referred to when He admonished: _“Not those who call me Lord, Lord, but those who do the Will of God shall enter the new life or paradise._
One such law of creation is the Law of Attraction of Homogenous Species, which we have taken as _like attracts like!_ We also say it as: ” _birds of the same feather flock together_ “.
This Law of Attraction of similar things ensures that each person naturally and automatically attracts such events that would enrich his experiences, in accordance with his inner nature. Evil can only approach you if you open the doors for it, through your thoughts, words and actions; otherwise, with an inward pure longing and volition towards the good, no such dark currents would approach you. In effect, therefore, it would be correct to note well that there are evil manifestations on earth, and beyond the boundaries of the earth, but they cannot approach one who maintains inner purity in thoughts and volitions. Even if they do, they would only strengthen the resolve and further purify the person concerned. It would bring about the popular saying: “all things work for good”!
It was for this same reason, the Lord Jesus Christ, left us with the admonition: “ _Love thy neighbor, as thyself”,_ because if we love one another, the likelihood of approaching them with evil intents would never arise. That way, the person would have sown seeds of love, and would attract only such similar seeds of love into his life and environment. It is so simple, and yet of high importance in the scheme of world happenings and ultimately the fate of earth men and women.
Therefore, the key battle for us on earth is on ourselves, first and foremost. All evil manifesting on earth today came about through human beings, who once before sowed them as evil spiritual seeds. How come then are we pretending to be fighting ‘forces of unseen principalities and powers in high places, when in reality the ‘beast’ is within man? This is why a step into religious gatherings these days inevitably conveys the scenario of the mockery of what prayer should be, as we would rather find congregants fiercely “waging” wars against the “devil”, principalities and powers, in authorities and high places…..sweating, casting, binding, destroying the temples of darkness, and empires of vampires of blood-sucking demons! Surely, these sound familiar, as we are all witnesses to the regular drama put up in religious assemblies. The last one saw, was where the general overseer asked them to come with weapons, like machetes, wooden clubs, and other dangerous items for waging war against principalities and powers. Some also proceed to designated locations to cast deadly stones at the devil to destroy it permanently. These time wasting theatrics are repeated ever so often in the gathering of the “faithful”, while evil is daily multiplying on earth with alarming velocity. That ought to tell mankind that the wrong ways are being pursued.
Evil, whether in high or low places, at levels of authorities and principalities or powers, would only be eliminated through an inner transformative change in man himself. What many fight against in their outward battles, actually inhabit the inner recesses of their very selves. When man changes, the experiences and waves of reciprocal events would automatically change. Each human being is the architect of his or her own personal fate, karma or destiny. As it is with the individual person, so also with communities, towns, states or countries of the world. The principalities and powers in high places are the accumulated thought forms of evil: wickedness, envy, jealousy, greed, avarice and many more, sown already by mankind; which necessarily must pour back, as karmic currents, to be harvested as fruits from matured trees.
The cleansing of the earth, the nearer surrounding planes as well as the ethereal planes must start with man himself, through knowledge propelled inner renewal. Any other method would be futile and grossly misguided. God’s law always works. Whatever seed you sow, you harvest in kind, multiplied – as a sown seed always multiplies.
