Osun State chapter of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) has extended its heartfelt condolences to the entire Ondo State PDP family on the passing of its State Chairman, Hon Fatai Adams.
It said his “sudden demise is a great loss not only to the PDP family in Ondo but also to the entire political landscape of Nigeria.”
The party in a statement by the State Chairman, Hon Sunday Bisi said Adams was not just a party chairman but a dedicated and passionate leader.
He said the departed Ondo party helmsman worked tirelessly for the advancement of the PDP’s ideals and the welfare of its members, adding that his leadership style was exemplary, characterized by humility, wisdom, and unwavering commitment to the party’s cause.
Bisi said: “His passing leaves a void that will be challenging to fill.
“We recognize and appreciate the significant contributions of Mr. Fatai Adams to the growth and development of the PDP in Ondo State. His dedication to the party’s principles and his efforts towards fostering unity and progress among party members will always be remembered and cherished.
“In this moment of grief, we stand in solidarity with the Ondo State leadership of our party and the entire South West PDP family, offering our thoughts, prayers, and support.
“May the Almighty grant Mr Fatai Adams eternal rest and give his family, friends, and associates the strength and fortitude to bear this irreparable loss. His legacy will forever remain in our hearts, inspiring us to uphold the values he stood for.”
