Ondo State Governor Oluwarotim Akeredolu will tomorrow commission some projects completed by his administration at Olusegun Agagu University of Science and Technology, Okitipupa (OAUSTECH).
Commissioner for Education, Science and Technology, Pastor Femi Agagu disclosed this during a meeting with All Progressives Congress Party leaders from Okitipupa local government area.
The projects to be commissioned are the Senate Building Library Complex, Administrative Complex and Auditorium, which were started by the Olusegun Agagu administration.
They are part of the over 22 uncompleted projects embarked upon in the university by that administration, which were inherited by the successive Olusegun Mimiko and Akeredolu administrations.
The projects were expected to be commissioned in March, but the outbreak of COVID-19, put a stop to it.
Meanwhile, the leadership of the ruling party in the council area has assured of the readiness of the party and the good people of the area in welcoming Mr Governor.
He said that the Chairman of the party in Okitipupa, Bode Ikulala, has started mobilising members of the party and the people in the local government for the governor’s arrival.
Agagu, expressed the local government’s delight over the completion of the projects.
