The Federal Polytechnic, Ile Oluji will formally close its 2025/2026 admission exercise on Sunday, February 25, 2026.
Mr, Sanmi Enigbokan, the institution’s Deputy Registrar, Information, Protocol & Passages, announced this in a statement on Friday.
According to the statement, titled “Closure of Admission Exercise for 2025/2026 Academic Session”:
“This is to inform the general public and prospective candidates that the admission exercise for 2025/2026 Academic Session for both Full-Time and Part-Time National Diploma(ND) and Higher National Diploma(HND) Programmes in the Institution will close on *Sunday, 15th February, 2026 unfailingly .*
“This decision was reiterated at the Forty-Fifth (45th) Statutory Meeting of the Academic Board held on Thursday, 5th February, 2026.
“To this end, prospective candidates are strongly advised to complete their registration formalities before the deadline as *no excuse* will be tolerated.
“All relevant organs of the Polytechnic Community are to comply with the decision of the Academic Board in this regard and ensure that the students/ prospective candidates are properly guided.”
