Rector, Federal Polytechnic, Ile Oluji, Ondo State, Dr Ademola Ebeloku
The rector of the Federal Polytechnic, Ile Oluji, Ondo State, Dr Ademola Ebeloku, has sought the cooperation and unity of the institution’s management, staff and students to ensure the actualisation of the set goals for 2026.
In his New Year Message to the polyteechnic’s community, which he signed, Ebeloku, wrote:
“I warmly welcome all members of staff and students of the Polytechnic to a brand new year 2026. I pray that the new year will usher in good tidings filled with a lot of accomplishments, progress and breakthrough for all of us.
“Without mincing words, our Polytechnic has grown in leaps and bounds over the past ten years. It is our collective aspiration in the new year to continue to accelerate its growth and sustainable development with missionary zeal.
“As we embark on the journey into this new year, Management has resolved that an inter-religious prayer meeting be held among staff and students of the Institution on Wednesday, 7th January, 2026 at the Multipurpose Auditorium to seek divine favour and protection over the Polytechnic in the year. I encourage every one of us to attend this special programme without fail.
“Let me place on record my sincere gratitude to the entire Polytechnic Community for their support, cooperation and unrelenting prayers for the Institution which manifested in the progress recorded last year.
“I wish to urge us to continue in this team spirit this year as we move on to project and promote the vision of our cherished Institution. Let me assure you that we shall continue to prioritise the welfare of our staff and students within available resources.
“In this new year, I admonish us to be our brother’s keeper, peace-loving and forward-looking in our dealings with one another. I am assured by His grace that the new year will open new vista of renewed hope, initiatives, collaborations and engagements aimed at promoting the vision and mission of our citadel of learning. Hopefully, there will be increase in staff strength, students’ enrolment and infrastructural development.
“Towards this end, I encourage every one of us to be on the same page and in team spirit towards accomplishing the lofty goals set for our Institution in this year.
Once again, I wish you all a fruitful year and God’s guidance.”
