House of Representatives Committee on Science Research Institutions Chairman and Member representing Owo/Ose Federal Constituency, in Ondo State, Hon. (Dr) Oluwatimehin Adelegbe, has kicked off his programmed illumination of all the communities in the Constituency with at least 3,000 solar-powered street lights.
Seen as part of his commitment to delivering tangible democracy dividends to his people, he described the project as part of his continuous efforts towards good representation and the fulfilment of his electoral promises to the people.
Adelegbe said the initiative has gone beyond the provision of street lights to some major streets.
Now, it includes personalised services to ensure that Churches, Mosques, Security offices, and residences of notable community and political leaders, including Heads of non-indigenes and Traditional leaders, also benefit.
