The bubbling, the surging unceasingly is of the supreme Power of the Most High. It is the Heartbeat; the Breathing in and out; the Evidence of His eternal, living, Holy Power.
It is the endless downward and upward movement; and propulsion from distances far above, and transversing through all the Heights, the Worlds above.
And retraction of this miraculous Power inward into the Father Himself, and again the continuance of the Movement.
It is the unceasing pulsation of His Holy Power.
This surging and bubbling unceasingly is confirmation that His Power is alive, indeed is Life Itself, the Source of all life below this Point.
The Source on Which everything below depends to be alive, and Which at a particularly recurring moment every year, dispenses of Its Power to renew everything below.
